Named in some regions as the "king of fruits", the durian is distinctive for its large size, strong odour, and thorn-covered skin. Adored mostly in Southeast Asia it's rich in flavours and nutrions.

Currently Danagala Estate is the only producer and plant grower in Sri Lanka for Danagala King Durian (Horana Jumbo) variety. Which is approved by Department Of Agriculture, Sri Lanka.

Every year Danagala produces some of the tastiest yellow and red rambutans in the country.

Visitors can see the beautiful yellow and red covered tree tops during the Rambutan season.
